Precision Paving v. Ford Motor Company (Catawba County, NC): Plaintiff had purchased a defective Ford Super-Duty truck in North Carolina. The engine had seized up as a result of water getting into the fuel system. Ford had attempted to blame this malfunction on the truck owner. After a multi-day jury trial, Mr. Soboleski obtained a verdict in favor of his client, which covered the replacement of the engine, and payment of attorney’s fees.
